Key Responsibilities 

  • Source and interact with potential candidates thru professional networks  and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Github, Stack overflow, and other passive sites)

    ·      Create and send recruiting  emails via ATS, job boards, LinkedIn

    ·      Coordinate with TA  Manager/ Partner to determine position requirements

    ·      Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques  and  develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

    ·      Takes a data-driven approach in measuring conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired

    ·      Promote the CDK brand both online and offline

    ·      Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System) and create a talent pool for current a future needs



    ·      Proven work experience as a Technical Talent Sourcer or similar role

    ·      Familiar with technology and trends in the market

    ·      Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings, Google x rays)

    ·      Familiarity with Successfactor, Workday or any other ATS

    ·      Solid verbal and written communication skills

    ·      Effective time-management abilities
