Position Summary

 

The Team Lead for the Forms Building team is a position that utilizing your knowledge of F&I, Deal Funding and CDK front end solutions you will bring value to the forms team by focusing on Client escalations, Process improvements and working closely with tech support and development to update and revise our suite of tools.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client escalations, working with the front line associates in a growing and mentoring role. A portion of the time will be spent compiling data and reporting on it.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

 

  • Critical client escalation
  • Tools and mapping development
  • Peer to Peer directional alignment
  • Forms building and Mapping
  • Training and mentoring
  • Reporting and Statistical analysis
  • Project and compliancy oversight
  • Leads technology direction
  • Be a champion within the organization 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Client centric focus and mentality
  • Expert knowledge of client utilization of CDK F&I forms
  • Expert knowledge of existing CDK tools and technology specific to F&I forms
  • Subject matter expert in Automotive F&I Industry knowledge
  • Self-starter that leads change and sets direction
  • Mentor and positive influencer to change
  • 75% engaged with clients
