Position Summary

This is responsible for supporting the HR Generalists and HR Business partners with various HR tasks including: project work, managing requisition and compensation workflow processes, data retrieval, scheduling interviews for HR, and supporting the HR leadership team with multiple HR programs. 
 

Position Responsibilities & Essential functions                                                            

  • Support the HR Business Partners with key tasks including workflows through requisition and compensation
  • Support the HR Generalists with various tasks to standardize processes across N. America (i.e. collecting data from each location and summarize)
  • Renovates and managse the HR SharePoint site obtaining feedback and buy-in from the HR team
  • Collaborates with other HR team members to create efficient, consistent, and scalable solutions at the enterprise or business unit level
  • Assist HRGs and HRBPs with interview process for HR roles; schedule the interviews
  • Partner with HR operations to make recommendations for automation and self-service
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Customer focused and ability to interact with all levels in the organization with a high level of credibility
  • Ability to manage, protect and maintain confidential information
  • Strong attention to details required
  • Ability to multi-task and change courses quickly without compromising accuracy
  • Problem solving, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and consultative communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and requests
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint – intermediate to  advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Up to 5% travel
