CDK Global is hiring a Customer Success Advocate with prior experience in the automotive industry.

 

Considering candidates in the Philadelphia or Pittsburgh areas of Pennsylvania only.  This position has a 50% travel requirement, by car, throughout Pennsylvania.

 

Position Summary

The Customer Success Advocate is responsible for customer satisfaction and success. By interacting with assigned dealerships the Customer Success Advocate will understand the business needs of the client in order to assist with driving the CDK solution value. They will strive to maximize adoption and utilization of CDK products, driving client engagement.

 

Position Responsibilities & Essential functions

. Effectively manage the progress and results of accounts assigned.

. Engage in high-profile activity across strategic client groups.

. Build and develop strong working relationships with customers and all users at all levels from Dealer/Owner/Decision Maker on down.

. Work with ‘at risk’ clients and determine the proper action plan.

. Demonstrate account ownership by responding to client requests with a constant sense of urgency.

. Monitor and analyze account performance and trends to determine adjustments to dealer expectations, goals, and objectives in order to achieve results.

. Closely monitor system ‘red flags’ and emergencies with clients, taking immediate action at all times.

. Generate additional revenue by harvesting existing accounts for additional stores and products.

. Determine needs for additional resources in order to maintain continued success with all clients.

. Continually work on the ‘cancelled’ accounts to re-engage and reclaim revenue

. Effectively manage time and activity to successfully engage with at least 5 clients per day

. Travel to clients, allowing for maximum quality time with all clients and maximum client reach.

. Work with new team members, including Performance Managers, etc. as required as a mentor.

. Engage and participate in the exchange of best practices across entire team 

 

Qualifications & Job Requirements

. Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience

. Ability to travel 50% by car throughout Pennsylvania

. 5+ years of retail automotive experience

. 5+ years of client services, marketing or sales experience

. B2B or outside sales or account management experience

. Ability to work and influence across all levels of an automotive dealership

. In-depth knowledge of front-end dealership operations or in training dealer staff on software applications and process

. CDK application knowledge regarding Sales/F&I, Accounting, Service and Parts workflows

. Proficient in using Salesforce
