The ideal candidate for this role has a background in Agile product leadership, building, launching and scaling enterprise software solutions, a demonstrated background with strong product and business impact, and possesses the ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.


Position Responsibilities & Essential functions


Responsible for defining the product portfolio roadmap & executing on product vision & strategy for DMS Fixed Operations applications (Dealership Parts & Service) across multiple product lines.  Also responsible for developing team plans, including product roadmaps, team OKRs, hiring, development, & retention plans.  The Manager of Product Management sets workload of product management team to align roadmap priorities with business outcomes. 


Essential functions include:


  • Define & drive portfolio roadmap across multiple product lines
  • Own the entire product line lifecycle
  • Articulate market trends, demand drivers, competitive dynamics to inform product roadmap & priorities
  • Identify key build, partner, & buy criteria
  • Integrate market research, persona research, usability studies to evolve existing products in market.
  • Define success metrics and OKRs for product, report on OKR outcomes in regular business & technical reviews
  • Drive initiatives to capture & implement market and customer requirements


Qualifications & Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent industry experience. 
  • 8+ years of Product Management and/or equivalent experience in Enterprise SaaS, full lifecycle management. Experience in managing small teams
  • Experience in Agile software/DevOps methodologies & working with globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills; ability to make decision in dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Experience in presenting at senior level customers & internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to listen & consider the points of view of others, collaborate, build consensus cross-functionally.
  • Financial acumen to support the development of business cases/monetization options.
  • Highly motivated ‘go-getter' driven to achieve business results with the ability to remain positive & focused on delivering customer outcomes.
  • Travel up to 25% of time.
