Coordinates multiple aspects of customer implementation virtually, which may include pre-conversion consultation and planning, test conversion, conversion execution, post-conversion training, product set-up and implementation of multiple products.  It may include hardware installation and training.    This position requires weekend and after hours availability, and occasional travel on-site to a dealer location for conversion and/or training assistance. 

 

Handles ongoing customer support tickets via phone, email, and chat

 

Performs product Quality Assurance process with software development teams or hardware providers.

 

Consults on  methods to maximize the dealership’s efficiency, profits, sales, productivity and revenue.

Performs product Quality Assurance process with software development teams or hardware providers. 15%

 

Consults with dealership department management to assess dealership business practices, processes, workflows and critical business drivers.  (15%)

 

Customizes and implements CDK application software to support dealership practices, processes, workflows and critical business drivers.   (20%)

 

Performs verification seminars to ensure client understanding of application and gain client confirmation of application customization.  (10%)

 

Trains client on application functionality where knowledge gaps exist (5%).

 

Conducts post-implementation follow-up meetings with client to ensure optimum application usage, accuracy of customization, and satisfaction. (15%)

 

Updates key install and preparation information in, monitors personal backlog, and prepares monthly reports. (5%)

 

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience

Accounting Degree or Equivalent Experience

May be required to successfully complete additional product and/or skills training.
