Purpose of role


The provision of an excellent Finance service is critical to the achievement of the Business Service Centre. This role reports to the Contract & Credit Manager as part of the Contracts & Billing team.  You will be responsible for leading team of associates within the Contracts & Billing team to ensure high-quality management of contracts, billing and any questions or change requests around these.


Key Duties & Responsibilities


•    Ensures the timely and accurate handling of contracts & billing for the region
•    Drives timely resolution of open cases around contracts 
•    Managing cases for up to 20% of your working time
•    Leads and develops the team (objective setting, evaluation, PIP, career planning/guidance, training, mentoring & coaching 
•    Will ensure Process and Policy adherence for your region
•    Responsible for training employees on all contract processes and procedures. Identifies and validates training opportunities and potential enhancements to processes 
•    Manages relationships with stakeholders in Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Legal, Support
•    Accountability for the defined billing & reporting cycle plus ensures this is adhered to.
•    Ensuring all processes are compliant with SOX requirements at all times
•    Proactive approach to communication and cross function collaboration
•    Responsible for ensuring the production & analysis of  accurate, timely monthly reports for management/business
•    Drives continuous improvements within the team / shared service centre
•    Execute adhoc requests or duties as requested by your manager
•    Lives by the companies values in your daily behaviours and communications

Key skills and experience


•    Experience in dealing with customers at all levels
•    Competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
•    A working knowledge of Navision is an advantageous
•    Ability to manage and prioritise workload
•    Proficient in the English language
