Market Engagement Manager

Role Responsibilities

 

Voice of the market – 
•    Evangelist of Keyloop business strategy and product portfolio, specialist in market opportunity/trends/customer pain points across their market/region (including legal and fiscal requirements)
•    Supports the Build, Partner, Buy portfolio strategy through insights and knowledge of their market e.g. Key players, influencers etc.
•    Lead from the front on the new trends and opportunities for future technology 

 

Product Launch – 
•    Communicates and manages the execution and activation for new product launches, migration of existing solutions to new and sunset products with customers and Keyloop functions in market/region as set by the portfolio strategy
•    Engages with key customers to ensure a smooth product launch across their region including beta testing through to general release for Keyloop strategic products (not billable time). 

 

Market portfolio - 
•    Measures the performance of the product across their market/region based on the business case and market opportunity, driving growth and market penetration of the in market product portfolio
•    Aligns and communicates the market roadmap for product updates and launches both for communication at Keyloop and with the market place
•    Provides recommendations and insights on the market product portfolio for in-life performance and product evolution
•    Cross-collaboration with Marketing, Product, Commercial and Operational functions leading alignment of functional resources to support Keyloop’s strategic portfolio for product launches/migrations/sunsets within their market/region

 

Key Results Indicators & Measures of success  

•    On time product launch to market with high penetration to market, supporting the business case and governance
•    Clear insight and opportunitities fed in to the product organisation to enable market-fit products to launch
•    Execute on the portfolio plan set for the overall Keyloop product portfolio  

 

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in software/technology companies
  • Excellent understanding of market and customer data, ways to analyse and retrieve insights to advise the business on market opportunities and challenges
  • Global experience; able to operate successfully in multi-cultural environments
  • Product Management/Product Marketing experience
  • Key business stakeholder management
  • Agile product development methodology experience 

 

Qualifications required

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Product Management
  • Project Management qualifications are desirable or good demonstration of business improvement and process management
