Purpose of role

 

The Planning & Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for managing the FM Audit & Toner Services processes to include the monitoring of contracted equipment and provision of toners and consumable items as well as providing support to the wider Order to Cash process. Reporting directly to the Implementation Team Leader. 

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

•    Monitor the FM Audit interface (Print Plan & Toner), verifying automated Sales / Purchase orders and ensuring the correct customer and recipient.
•    Work with the sales teams to support the print plan renewal process
•    Liaise with customers to ensure scheduled recovery of ex-print plan assets at the end of contract  
•    Raise sales orders as appropriate when notified by the Toner service on-line tools (Print plan & FM Audit)
•    Processing of purchase order receipts for “drop shipment” toner orders
•    Support ERP Order to Cash Process including the following areas;

  • Facilitation and support of Backlog Management objectives against revenue and business targets
  • Assess, monitor, and support associates contribution against all activities in relation to milestone review and Backlog to ensure that individual and team targets are achieved on a consistent basis.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product and Aftersales teams to achieve business objectives

•    Any other duties that might be considered reasonable by your line manager
 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Educated to a GCSE level as a minimum, including 5 at Grade C or above including Maths and English
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and time management skills
  • A good decision maker willing to accept responsibility 
  • Experience of establishing and delivering expectation to external and internal customers is vital
  • Proficient with MS Office Toolset
