Responsibilities

 

  • Consistent management of the contract process and contract lifecycle management
  • Process and review all aspects of orders or contracts, including pricing to ensure compliance with Company policy
  • Collaborate with Business Teams, Compliance and Legal to prepare a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Identify contract risks, consistent with internal policies
  • Assist with contract automation tools including implementation, maintenance and administration
  • Review processes to ensure overall efficiency
  • Actively participate in training
  • Anticipate problems and initiate course of action to resolve
  • Maintain customer files with sales contracts and other information
  • Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, terms & conditions and billing
  • Work directly with internal and external customers to resolve billing and contract billing problems/issues
  • Act as SME for contract process and also coach the teams as necessary
  • Updates management on potential issues. Makes recommendations on resolution and ways to prevent future issues, after root cause evaluation
  • Organize priorities to meet deadlines, KPI, service levels and meet client expectations

 

Required Skills, Experience and Competence:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min 2-5 years’ experience in contract entry or audit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably from IT industry background
  • Cognos reporting skills a plus
  • Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Eye for detail
  • Knowledge of broader revenue recognition parameters
  • Self-motivated; excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks in fast paced environment
