Position Summary


This is responsible for supporting the HR Programs Manager/Cos with various HR initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, project management, and supporting the HR leadership team with multiple HR programs. 


Position Responsibilities & Essential functions

  • Coordinates, facilitates and manages the HRBP/COE monthly global meeting
  • Renovates and manage the HR SharePoint site obtaining feedback and buy-in from the HR team
  • In partnership with the HR Technology team, works with them to create meaningful HR metrics and dashboards useful for all levels from ELT, HRLT, HRBP’s and functional managers
  • Supports the HR Program Manager on various initiatives including, but not limited to mergers and acquisitions activity, HR Leadership Team meetings (bi-weekly meetings, quarterly townhalls), and other projects as assigned by CHRO
  • Collaborates with other HR team members to create efficient, consistent, and scalable solutions at the enterprise or business unit level
  • Provides COS with data analytics, recommendations and fact based guidance and presentations and/or excel spreadsheets to influence decision making and/or provide information
  • Provides project management support as assigned, including but not limited to establishing and maintaining a useable and well communicated schedule for all phases of project/initiative, tracking and reporting status on projects being completed by various/teams across various stakeholder groups as well as working with stakeholders and appropriate forums to prioritize work and drive milestones
  • Proactively works to address, analyze and improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness for the team
  • Performs all other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a Human Resources Business Partner role and/or HR Project Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Human Resources
  • Analytical skills and ability to take data to tell a story 
  • Customer focused and ability to interact with all levels in the organization with a high level of credibility
  • Ability to manage, protect and maintain confidential information
  • Strong attention to details required
  • Ability to multi-task and change courses quickly without compromising accuracy
  • Problem solving, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and consultative communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and requests
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint – intermediate to  advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SharePoint
  • Up to 5% travel



  • Related professional certifications (PHR, SPHR, PMP)
  • Experience within a matrix, global environment
