As a member of the Finance Analytics Team, you will proactively collaborate across the organization to influence strategic decision-making by combining the power of data and analytics with business and industry expertise.  Driven by your intellectual curiosity and creativity, you will architect innovative solutions, provide accurate reporting and insightful analyses, and effectively communicate operational and financial performance to key stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities & Essential functions

  • Conducts complex ad hoc financial analyses to aid Chief Financial Officer and Executive Leadership Team in the strategic decision making process impacting both short and long-term financial goals
  • Monitor KPIs and business drivers for the Company, highlighting emerging trends, analyzing underlying causes of deviations and providing recommendations for improving financial outcomes
  • Partners with Global FP&A and Investor Relations to provide financial storylines to be used in internal management reviews and external investor communications
  • Build dynamic, metric-driven models to inform annual operating plan targets and external guidance, as well as establishing the framework for long-term, strategic growth expectations for the Company
  • Partner with Corporate Development on the identification and financial evaluation of potential M&A activity
  • Supports strategic planning and initiatives by providing financial modeling and reporting required for decision making and/or reviews financial analyses (business case) assumptions
  • Prepare and present clear and concise analyses to senior leadership to assist in fact-based solutions for business issues
  • Identify areas of improvement for introducing new metrics and/or restructuring management financials to better disaggregate and understand business performance
  • Work cross-functionally within Finance - FP&A/Portfolio Finance/Investor Relations - and various departments across the organization - sales/marketing/operations/corporate
  • Balance multiple projects, be results-oriented, and drive projects to completion according to required timelines
  • Lead or contribute to special/ad-hoc internal projects, as appropriate
  • Manage and develop a team of 2-4 analysts prioritizing projects and ensuring balanced workloads
  • Mentor other Finance department teams to improve their business-specific analytics and storytelling skills


Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or other quantitative field of study
  • 7-10 years related experience in financial analysis, forecasting and/or accounting
  • Strong financial, strategic analysis and technical skills, understanding of financial statements and reports, and experience in financial modeling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with, and present to, all levels of the organization
  • Displays independent decision-making and accountability
  • Self-starter, well organized, extremely detail-oriented and a highly collaborative team member
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


  • MBA or Masters in Accounting/Finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accounting (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of prior management experience
  • Background in investment banking
