The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible to:

 

  • Help and/or drive definition, implementation and execution of recruiting and sourcing strategies – a true hunter of technical talent.
  • Utilizes full cycle recruiting process to include: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring potential candidates for open positions
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with varying levels of management and key HR stakeholders
  • Coordinate and provide timely feedback to candidates that supports a positive candidate experience, and deliver a positive hiring manager experience focused on speed and quality.  
  • Market and position CDK Employment Brand while proactively seeking new avenues to identify and attract candidates
  • Maintains integrity of data in appropriate HR systems and job distribution channel
  • Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws related to employment
  • Responsible for developing trusting relationships with technical leadership across CDK’s CTO and IT organization
  • Will be responsible for senior level technical hiring and managing 3rd party engagements with search firms (retained or contingent)

Professional/Technical Expertise: Best practice execution in behavioral interviews, client consultation, selling CDK EVP and closing candidates

Innovation: Generates or revises methodology related to process, tools, client and peer partnerships

Project/Process Management: Identify vision, establish plan, execute and measure project/initiative beyond regular scope of responsibility

Performance Management: Analyze data, leverage metrics to determine root cause and influence/coach peers & team to address and resolve

Talent Development: Recognizes strengths/challenges in team members and self, mentors and serves as role model for all competencies

Executive Communication: Ability to partner and consult with Senior Leadership

 

Qualifications:

  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision and operate in a team environment.
  • Must possess analytical and technical ability to leverage best in class sourcing tools and social networking tactics to tap quality diverse technical talent pools.
  • Define, participate in and execute sourcing strategy leveraging market intelligence and internal/external expertise to penetrate sparse talent pools and engage passive candidates
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong client/customer service orientation.
  • Must have sound business ethics and show consistency between principles, values and behaviors

 

Experience:

  • 4-7 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Excellent PC skills including HRIS and recruiting software: (Taleo, Successfactors, etc.)
  • Bachelors' Degree/Advanced Degree (or equivalent in experience), e.g. Completion/participation in professional organization certification programs and/or designations, e.g. AIRS, SHRM, PHR, EMA, HCI.
