Purpose of role

The Partner Platform Director will define CDKi’s approach for partner platform and build a scalable commercial model to drive revenue growth across international markets. The role will be responsible for the set up of a best in class, scalable tech integration for 3rd party and application and OEM systems, defining CDKI's commercial partnership model and expanding it across exisiting and new markets to achieve a set revenue target.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Define, establish and lead the strategy and roadmap to grow a partner platform business and revenue stream for CDKi, ensuring stakeholder engagement buyin throughout.
  • Define and set up an appropriate commercial model for partnerships across CDKi
  • Work closely with the established US partnership business to adopt and align appropriately and eliminate risk of duplication
  • Build best in class, scalable tech integration for 3rd party application and OEM systems.
  • Build the organisation, skills and capabilities to support a fast scaling partnership business across the CDKi business.
  • Lead current incubation activity to develop a core set of business API’s across CDKi’s DMS portfolio ensuring robust prioritisation of activity in line with commercial roadmap. Work to define the on-going resource requirements once initial set up is complete.
  • Set standards, governance, reporting, KPIs for partnership activity across CDKi
  • Support key partnership activity in other key strategic initialtives (Digital, New market entry).
  • Continue to evaluate and optimise the commercial viability of CDKi Partner/Platform approach and model
  • Revenue Target ownership
