What you will be doing?

 

The purpose of the ERP Team Leader is to provide leadership, organizational management and direction to the ERP team.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Provision and ongoing development of the Microsoft Navision ERP solution and associated applications including Agiles workflow, ExFlow P2P solution, iController, Jet Reports and Docuware to agreed SLA’s and global IT operating model and guidelines
  • Providing Microsoft Navision specific knowledge for solution architecting, particularly for more complex business requirements
  • Operational ownership and governance of application portfolio, systems landscape and business data accuracy
  • Day-to-day management of development team consisting of developers and solutions architects within an on-Shore / offshore model including personal development, mentoring  and HR disciplinary processes
  • Competency and capacity of the development team to enable effective delivery of developments within an Agile development environment supporting both ongoing continuous improvement and larger projects
  • Support of the Sprint Coordinator in sprint planning and delivery by identifying suitably competent resource to deliver developments within sprints
  • Ensuring all team activities comply with audit and Sarbanes Oxley requirements

You will have the following skills and experience: 

 

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision– most recent as lead consultant or Team Lead
  • Ideally working with NAV 2016 or above
  • NAV installations across multi-sites, ideally global
  • Used to working with on-shore / off-shore model
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English communications skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Good analytical decision making skills
  • Ability to work with remote teams and stress resistance.
