Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, you will take responsibility for the effective implementation of campaigns and marketing initiatives across CDK’s international markets. You will be responsible for managing the Marketing Technology and the Regional Marketing teams and the role will cover ensuring that campaigns are efficiently deployed across our marketing systems (Salesforce/Pardot) and then liaising with our UK, ME & ZA, European and APAC Marketing Managers to manage the adoption of central campaigns. You will also need to provide information on campaign and marketing activity performance by region to help ensure continuous optimisation. You will work with the Regional Marketing Manager, Sales Operations and Sales Directors to ensure the marketing material/campaigns are correctly adopted and our brand/product messaging is clear across the world.

Key Duties & Responsibilities - 

  • People Leadership – Manage the Marketing Technology and Regional Marketing teams
  • Create processes to ensure the efficient delivery of CDK marketing campaigns and Initiatives
  • Work with Sales operations to understand which marketing mterials should be used at which stage of the sales process (by market) and identify any gaps
  • Create clear processes and SLA’s to make sure marketing campaigns are delivered efficiently and on time
  • Be the “voice of the regions” to provide a channel where they can request marketing materials to meet their regional goals
  • Monitor the performance of each region and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Understand local market requirements and support regional marketing managers with developing campaigns and collaterals for each market
  • Clear development plan for team associates including internal and external training
  • International travel may be required up to 40% of the time

 

Key Results Indicators & Measures of success

  • Successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives across all CDK markets
  • Clear adoption by INTL Sales teams of marketing collateral for the appropriate stage of the sales cycle
  • Effective Sales follow up of marketing campaigns
  • Marketing dashboards contain up to date status of sales opportunities
  • Clear development of associates in the martech and regional teams

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, ideally in an operations role.
  • Experienced in people leadership and development
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce and Pardot  (marketing automation and CRM systems)
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage relevant stakeholders
  • Strong project and time management skills

Qualifications required

  • A degree or third level professional marketing qualification.
  • Marketing automation or CRM qualifications are an advantage
