Provide client support, customer service and processing of monthly financial statements and composites in a timely and accurate manner.  High quality of work must be maintained at all times.  Requires the ability to work with detailed financial data and meet stringent deadlines on an on-going basis.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure that all members and prospective members have correct financial data on monthly/quarterly composites
  • Process and analyze 275-350 financial statements monthly
  • Track and monitor incoming financial statements
  • Code and prepare statements for keypunch as needed
  • Maintain log book for all assigned groups
  • Communicate with clients regarding missing or incomplete data
  • Edit/un-edit financial statements and post to N20 within 48 hour period from the time the statement is downloaded/keypunched.
  • Check composite for basic data (personnel, labor rates, stalls etc.) before sending to moderator for approval
  • Correct composite errors
  • Ensure that all members/prospects are on the composite
  • Re-run/re-post composites to N20 as needed
  • Maintain client confidentiality by ensuring that CDK Composites and Reporting practice area shipping, quality, and data security procedures are followed at all times
  • Ensure that information on Membership lists is current and correct
  • Maintain updated e-mail contact list for dealers and controllers
  • Preparation of special studies for meetings
  • Ship composites and meeting materials to group meetings, and ensure that meeting boxes are prepared according to the meeting box checklist
  • Provide administrative support to moderators, clients and fellow analysts
  • Keypunch financial statements as needed
  • Other assigned tasks as needed
  • Maintain and display a positive attitude

     

    Skills:

     

  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good understanding of basic math and statistical concepts
  • Ability to organize/co-ordinate workload
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to understand goals to be accomplished and delivery timely results
  • Ability to understand customer needs and expectations
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

     

    Qualifications:

     

  • High School diploma or some college or equivalent experience
  • Advance proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Min. 3 years in retail/automobile/truck business strongly desired
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Effective in a high-paced work environment, requiring multi-tasking to meet multiple deadlines
  • Experienced and comfortable communicating with clients at the management and executive level (e.g., Office Managers, Controllers and Dealer Principals)
  • Practiced and professional communication skills in a corporate setting
