Purpose of role -

Working across the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxenbourg) you will: 

  • Lead, develop and manage day to day commercial activity in-country – covering sales, local OEM account management and product marketing. 
  • Working collaboratively with the existing functions and regional teams the role will consolidate customer requirements to define the appropriate solutions and commercial models to deliver commercial targets, constantly evaluating opportunities and priotising to define and deliver a clear commercial road map.
  • To lead the team to build and deliver vs sales/commercial objectives as per the company strategic and operating plans.
  • Responsible for the maximisation of sales and profit through the sale of hardware, software and related solutions against an agreed sales plan.

Key Duties & Responsibilities -

  • Ensure all commercial activities meet or improve on targets in line with business objectives
  • Define and identify new opportunities to drive commercial growth in country
  • Leadership of Sales and Product Marketing functions in country, with matrix line to local Partner Programme Team and Marcomms.
  • Positive and proactive engagement with matrix functions: Commercial Functions (Sales Ops, Marcomms and Partner), Customer & Strategy, Product Mgt/Marketing, to align country commercial activities to CDKi strategy
  • Drive positive customer engagement to sustain sales, revenue and profit growth from existing/new business
  • To drive the implementation and utilisation of the CDKI Commercial model – eg Sales Model & Core Processes, Product Marketing Requirements and Launch Process, Partner Programme. Full utilisation of key tools – e.g. SalesCloud, Accompa.
  • Key member of the country leadership team taking the lead in communicating strategic messages to associates to drive a positive employee experience in countries with no GM in residence.

Attributes that successful candidates will need to demonstrate are:

  • Strong sales and people management skills
  • Self-starters that are comfortable working and collaborating in an ambiguous and matrixed environment
  • Demonstrable experience of driving business growth and revenue delivery 
  • A strong command of emerging consumer and technology trends that are disrupting traditional retail models
  • Exceptional client management skills – particularly when repositioning an organisation into a new sphere
  • Experience of working with third parties and collaborative commercial relationships
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communications skills. Strong presentation skills

Please be aware, this role will require you to be fluent in English, Dutch and French.
