Purpose of role

 

  • To be part of the Benelux sales team, responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing all aspects of sales and marketing strategies relative to those customer accounts and/or territories that have been assigned as Inside Sales Accounts.
  • Responsible for the maximisation of sales and profit through the sales of hardware, software and related CDK Services against an agreed plan
  • Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain and grow existing baseline recurring revenue.
  • To meet those sales targets through professional diligence in meeting the needs of the customers, maintaining complete customer satisfaction and applying the CDK Sales strategy/model to generate increased share of wallet.
     

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Assisting Account Management and direct selling into an allocated set of accounts
  • To manage and maximise sales campaigns as per country plans.
  • Implement and utilise fully the DSI Sales Model & Core Processes
  • Work closely with other departments in achieving company objectives.
  • Manage own time ensuring that adequate time is allocated to key activities, as based on the priorities as identified in the sales plan.
  • Provide regular reporting for activities/accounts status as per CDK Sales model and guidelines given by manager
  • Participate in Sales Team meetings and engage with the team in problem solving, issue discussion, greater general communication and more transparent operation.
  • Utilize all resources at your disposal with particular emphasis on Sales Automation tools – e.g. Salesforce.com, Customer Journey etc to effectively manage a robust pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasting to your Director of Sales.

 

Requirements:-

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role either in direct sales or customer care environment (call centre background is welcomed)
  • Keen interest in providing high level of customer care
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Professional telephone manner with fluent Dutch and ideally good French and English
  • Willingness to learn and grow within CDK sales team
