What you will be doing? 


You will be providing financial data and analysis to assist in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis for 3 of our global business functions. 


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Lead the FP&A processes on a day to basis and coordinate with the corporate FP&A and Controlling teams.
  • Provide direction, guidance, goals, targets and development for all team members
  • Provide accurate reporting and insightful analysis as required
  • Answering queries from across the CDKI region
  • Preparation of monthly forecasts and actuals analysis and variance reporting
  • Annual Ops planning and additional phases – Analysis and educated assumptions around budgeting and plans
  • Deferral consolidation of data from local countries
  • Data quality validation – Systems financial data across multiple platforms to verify accuracy and consistency
  • Liaison with other FP&A profiles to align compare and agree data
  • Liaise with Financial Business Partners, FP&A, Business Managers and Central Finance to confirm results and reporting
  • Proactive involvement in ongoing business improvement initiatives
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and investigation

You will have the following skills and experience: 


  • Prior financial planning and analysis experience
  • High degree of accuracy in all activities
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Able to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with key contacts across the business at all levels
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work remotely with teams of different cultures
  • Ability to work under pressure, displaying positive attitude as a team player
  • Strong level of English
  • Ability to adhere to Finance policies, procedures and implement SOX compliant checks and remedial activities when needed.
