Job Description

Purpose of role:

 

Business partner with onshore operational manager’s to drive best performance through the provision of timely reporting, insightful analysis, accurate forecasting, helping drive performance management and optimised results in line with CDK’s AOP and Strategy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Own, manage and deliver all the planning cycle requirements. (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and Strategic)
  • Produce management/operational reporting. Provide insight into variance to expectation and Interpret and explain trends 
  • Improve data/information quality and accuracy
  • Leverage the existing and future systems / datasets to develop reporting capabilities
  • Develop insightful analytics to better understand the performance of the business
  • Act as the conduit between operation and Finance, from a remote location

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skills / Knowledge & Experience:

 

  • Strong Excel and data modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships
  • Probing and inquiring, prepared to challenge information given, assess impact of decisions and think ahead
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear attention to detail
  • Influence decision making
  • Analytical mind-set with good problem solving skills
  • Motivated and confident individual able to work proactively on their own or as part of a team
  • Relevant commercial experience in a similar role
  • Experience of SOX and Internal/External audit requirements

 

 

Qualifications required:

 

  • Degree educated, with a professional accounting qualification (at least 3 years PQE)
  • Fluent in English – written and conversation
