Purpose of role:


As a member of the FP&A Revenue Analytics team, you will partner across the Finance organization to develop a deep understanding of each our business and its the underlying revenue drivers. You will conduct regular metric reporting and analytics, and help to build the story behind the revenue results while being able to identify underlying trends and anomalies and make proper inferences from those findings.


The Business Analyst is expected to either be located already in Prague, or to be considering and willing to relocate to the capital city of the Czech Republic, to join the recently established Global FP&A Center.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Development of reporting, new data processes and metrics, and financial models
  • Effective communications and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to gather and understand data requests and requirements
  • Maintain an understanding of general business drivers and trends and understand the link between analysis and business impact
  • Extract data that will be manipulated, merged, and analyzed to reports, graphs, dashboards, and other outputs to ultimately reveal performance business/products for internal users and external audiences
  • Visualization of data using tools such as Excel and other advance to expert tools
  • Be the expert on relevant data sources to answer particular sets of questions and ensuring data integrity
  • Build & maintain integrated forecasting models and variance analysis
  • Implement tools and frameworks for automating report generation, identification of data-quality issues, and data-governance
  • Evaluate ongoing analytic and insight needs from stakeholders and implement digital dashboards and reporting to empower the organization and guide business decisions
  • Analyze quantative and qualitative data
  • Create, design, standardize, and automate advance to complex reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence
  • Support ad-hoc requests
  • Staying on top of industry trends and new methods to further advance the FP&A Revenue Analytics team
  • Be open to learn new advanced visualization and data management solutions


Skills / Knowledge & Experience:


  • Passionate about data analytics with strong analytical background
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to analyze large volumes of raw data, package the data for further consumption, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Self-starter, well organized, detail-oriented and a highly collaborative team member
  • Strong business analytics acumen
  • History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
  • Proven ability to identify areas of opportunity in existing processes and execute appropriate improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of SQL, VBA, Tableau, Power Query knowledge is a plus


Qualifications required:


  • Over 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field
  • Fluent in English – written and conversation
  • Over 4 years’ relevant experience
