  • Provides technical lead support for all cases including troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving problems.
  • Work with CS associates to troubleshoot, analyze, prioritize and resolve and/or facilitate resolution for all problems dealing with assigned Systems and/or Applications.
  • Interface with Lightspeed R&D team to troubleshoot, analyze, prioritize, and resolve needing further resolution.
  • Inputs, monitors and updates appropriate databases to ensure accurate, timely data that can be used to solve, track and prevent problems.
  • Approves Phoneix update queries
  • Updates and organizes Jira tracking system with associated CRs.
  • Train associates in Troubleshooting, Phoenix and Jira
  • Collaborate with associates and internal teams.
  • Participates in NXT & EVO and Phoenix Collaboration / Prioritization meeetings.
  • Keeps associates informed on project releases and updates.
  • Keeps management informed of critical client issues.
  • Uses and participates in the Knowledge Base Tool.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
