CDK Global is hiring an Advertising Solutions Manager with a strong digital marketing and account management background.

 

The Advertising Solutions Manager provides the leadership to assemble functional solutions, support Enterprise sales in pitching value propositions and closing deals, and helping manage client expectations during solution delivery.  This role works closely with cross functional CDK teams to identify opportunities, craft solutions, ensure financial profitability, oversee solution execution and operations, and deliver solution ROI messaging.  A successful person in this role will establish a recurring revenue stream from clients due to his/her excellent client management skills and delivery of a clear and compelling solution ROI.

 

. Provide primary interface point for CDK Enterprise Sales and Agencies to engage with The Agency team.

. Maintain and grow OEM & agency client relationships by being a trusted advisor around digital marketing solutions.

. Devise, package and price solutions for OEM partners and ensure they are delivered start to finish.

. Partner with Tier 2 Agencies, OEM Agencies and OEM Channel/Brand Managers to ensure brand marketing messages are coordinated across all tiers.

. Work closely with The Agency operational teams and cross-functional CDK teams to lead and ensure client success. 

. Partner with CDK Marketing team to launch and support digital marketing solutions and associated brand messaging.

. Collaborate with Sr. Ad Operations Product Managers and CDK Services team to ensure solutions are executed, valuable & sticky to CDK’s customer base.

. Team with CDK sales force to sell-in and re-enroll promotional solutions to dealer customers to meet forecasted sales units.

. Responsible for client solution satisfaction, client account revenue growth, and overall business profitability.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

. Minimum of 4 years demonstrated account management experience, preferably with Enterprise or Agency clients.

. Four-year degree in business or marketing required; MBA preferred. 

. Previous experience in technology, Internet and digital advertising services. 

. Strong business acumen: understands the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of an organization. 

. Ability to build relationships with and influence all levels within an organization, both internally and externally, most importantly at the decision making level. 

. Proven oral, written, and listening skills: demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues. 

. Strong negotiation and influence skills, with ability to think strategically across the organization. 

. Proven account management skills; the ability to manage multiple clients with competing demands for limited resources. 

. Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills for the purpose of estimating and presenting solutions. 

. Strong organizational skills to track multiple, competing items through to completion.

. Ability to be flexible & adapt to a constantly changing atmosphere.
