CDK Global is hiring a Program Manager for our internal Agency team in Seattle. We’re looking for a rock-star Program Manager to support our Design, Development, Operation and Solution Management teams and represent CDK with both internal and external clients.


As the Agency Program Manager you will play an essential role in ensuring both the internal teams execute efficiently and flawlessly across all requests. As a member of this fast-growing team, you’ll get to work on a wide variety of projects and ongoing tasks. As a key member of the agency leadership team you must be flexible, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to bring a sense of calm during times of chaos. Your natural instinct is to “fix” process where you see inefficiencies and you understand that teams often work in a world that is not black and white and you can navigate those grey areas.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a liaison to project stakeholders, coordinating and scheduling design, development and operational resources with the team managers 
  • Curating, managing and optimizing project timelines and individual team deliverables
  • Understanding the intricate dependencies for all project deliverables and develop project plans accordingly
  • Interfacing with external clients to represent CDK product; the ideal candidate feels comfortable presenting website and advertising proof of concepts and working protos
  • Flagging potential problems in the project schedule or resource base which could impact the end deliverable(s)
  • Providing regular communication and updates to various departments and serving as the voice of the Agency team with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating and ensuring the on-time and orderly flow and delivery of all projects and contributing to weekly team status meetings


You should be a person who naturally enjoys the collaborative process and working with others while taking ownership for the efficiency and quality in our day-to-day workflow.

As a Program Manager on the team, we’ll trust you with:

  • Assisting the team in managing intake of all digital projects and assignments, validating requests, and working with the team leaders to allocate resources both internally and with external agency partners
  • Managing workflow of all active projects, identifying timeline impacts, resource dependencies/conflicts and deadlines
  • Developing, curating and maintaining a detailed Program Roadmap for the various teams within the group – development, design and operations and solution management
  • Keeping a pulse on new technology and workflow tools to increase efficiency and communication across teams and agencies
  • Representing the Agency in launch meetings
  • Conducting client presentations, as needed
  • Special assignments—no two weeks will be alike in this role, which will always keep it interesting



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 4+ years formal management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing, advertising or design agency
  • Experience working on multiple projects at a time, within tight deadlines
  • A highly-motivated self-starter with the ability to manage a creative project from start to finish
  • Proficient knowledge of general office products like Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Project management tools such as Basecamp, Jira, and Microsoft Project. Working knowledge of Adobe products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to partner, collaborate with and lead a diverse range of resources and personalities with distinct perspectives.


Preferred experience with:

  • Working for a digital design shop or agency with teams such as UX, Copy, Design and Production.
  • Working for or within a large consumer brand, retail or ecommerce company.
