CDK Global is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Market Research Analyst to join our team!


Position Summary

. The successful candidate will assist in the facilitation of custom Market Research projects from end-to-end, including the design, administration, analysis and reporting of quantitative and qualitative survey data. These activities will include a variety of research types, such as customer satisfaction and loyalty, market segmentation, brand awareness and reach and product testing.

. This individual will also assist the team in gathering and analyzing secondary research related to automotive retail market conditions and industry best practices.

. The Market Research Analyst must be effective in the art of storytelling as this role will interact with a variety of internal stakeholders providing business insight support and interpreting data relating to Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Employee Engagement/Satisfaction.

. Additionally, the Market Research Analyst will play an important role in utilizing both primary and secondary research to develop thought leadership content for external and internal audiences.


Position Responsibilities and Essential Functions

. Work closely with the Market Research team to develop research objectives, plan methodologies and write survey questionnaires to assist our internal clients in achieving their research goals.

. Program, distribute and monitor the successful completion of surveys using the online survey tool Qualtrics.

. Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data while ensuring the utmost data integrity and accuracy.

. Create research reports and presentations from the survey data that tells a story to help drive strategy and planning.

. Present research findings and recommendations to internal clients in varying positions and departments throughout the company.

. Gather, analyze and interpret secondary research related to automotive retail market conditions, consumer shopping behavior and industry best practices.

. Support the team in the development of content marketing and thought leadership pieces.


Qualifications and Job Requirements

. Minimum 3 years of experience in Market Research.

. Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Finance Business or related field.

. Intermediate knowledge and usage of Qualtrics Research Suite, knowledge of Qualtrics Target Audience a plus.

. Experience in statistical analysis software, such as Q Research Software, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, or Power BI.

. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

. Knowledge and use of basic statistics and data interpretation.

. Experience in developing compelling reports and delivering presentations.

. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
