Position Summary


  • Power our Customer and Associate success through high impact learning by being an essential Business Partner that develops and delivers transformative learning solutions which directly impact positive business results


Position Responsibilities & Essential functions


  • Conducts regular one-on-one meetings and team meetings with team members.
  • Holds, at a minimum, quarterly and annual performance goal reviews with team members.
  • Coaches team in development and delivery of timely performance. Provides feedback and delivers corrective action as needed.
  • Effective communication of processes, policies, performance, quality expectations, technical and product updates. Also shares department and company information, as needed.
  • Recommends and/or manages on-going process improvement efforts. Helps lead change relating to implementation of processes and strategy. Active guidance on new ideas and process improvements ideas.
  • Works with leaders from different areas within the Learning and Performance team and across the CDK Customer Experience Organization in building and delivering improved service levels and outcomes for customers.
  • Seeks out opportunities to improve the customer learning experience with creative and innovative ideas
  • Meet regularly with the team to ensure training related tasks and projects are being completed on time with a focus on outcomes
  • Drives a team culture of collaboration & customer focus



Qualifications & Job Requirements


  • Process driven individual who can drive process improvement efforts throughout the L&P organization
  • Ability to lead collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and with remote team members
  • Build and maintaining a talented team capable of delivering high quality results that are valued by the organization in a changing environment that requires innovative and transformational learning approaches.
  • Develop short-term and long-term goals to support the business, identify and align with existing business requirements, assist with change, and anticipate future business needs
  • Familiarity with our DMS and layered applications. Does not need to be a subject matter expert, but should be knowledgeable enough to speak with customers about the workflows.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated use of data to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Firm understanding of CDK solutions and their related training programs
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
  • Assure ownership or shared responsibility for executing projects
  • Proven Conflict management/Problem resolution skills  
  • Consistent and effective coaching of teams overall performance and effectiveness
  • Responsive to customers and internal client requests
  • Earned an Associate degree or higher in Business related field
