The purpose of an AutoPilot Account Manager is to speak with service managers on a regular basis to maintain and retain the AutoPilot service marketing suite.  


Duties and responsibilities


  • Contact service managers and/or  Fixed Operations Directors on a monthly basis
  • Train software navigation and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis
  • Create marketing plans that include live calls, direct mail and email
  • Train processes that enhance their marketing opportunities
  • Show the dealers the ROI reports and explain results
  • Work with graphics teams to produce high quality and effective direct mail and email
  • Identify potential conquest opportunities
  • Technical support
  • Make sure email templates are up to date with correct information (address, phone numbers, etc.) and that the coupons are approved by clients
  • Make revisions to email templates as requested
  • Develop and maintain a personal relationship with the service manager (or other POC)
  • Ensure that all products sold enhance the CDK Global/ELEAD vision




This position requires someone that is self-disciplined and passionate with good phone communication skills.  Must also be able to learn various proprietary software and handle technical support and problem solving.


Qualifications include:

  • High School diploma
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge
  • Positive mental attitude
  • Automotive experience is helpful 
  • Marketing concept knowledge is helpful
