<span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">The elead Service Trainer will be required to 100% travel to dealerships Monday - Friday throughout US & Canada 

  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Prepare for the effective execution of elead Service products being installed.
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Plan travel according to Service Trainer Schedule and Company Travel Guidelines
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif"> Strong presence and professional business attire are required in the dealership
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Execute installation processes to assure consistent quality installation training
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Imbed the software by training dealership personnel on “Best practice” processes associated with elead Service Products and Services including but not limited to, CRM, Service Scheduler, Service Lane Application, Service Shop Electronic MPI Software, Service Mobile Application, Contact Center Services, Texting, and Reporting.
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Train specific dealership personnel on Administrative Functions associated with these products.
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Assure software adjustments are made to personalize the software for the store and users as needed during installation and follow-up visits.
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Execute initiatives focused on minimizing potential product cancellations
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Achieve Performance Goals in Key Areas including but not limited to:
    • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Assure dealership retention of products and services
    • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Achieve consistent high levels of Customer Satisfaction
    • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Sell and deliver additional follow-up training
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Assure customer elation with installations, training and our products.
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Working with other internal teams, effectively complete customer retention visits in such a manner that dealerships would not ever even consider any competitive software
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif"> Develop training resources for trainers, other eLead associates and customers, as assigned.
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Personally develop and participate in training to enhance skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Participate in twice-weekly trainer conference calls
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif"> Participate in other assigned team meetings by phone and in-person
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Lead, or assist with, elead Service installations as assigned
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Effectively communicate ideas for improvement
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Participate in installations, support requests, and training execution to assure quality control in training
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Comply with all corporate policies
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Execute special projects as directed by Leadership

<span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Requirements:

  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Must be able to travel 100%, Monday - Friday throughout US & Canada
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Valid Driver's License Required
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Passport required (Current passport recommended)
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Dealership Industry experience preferred
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Training experience preferred
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Retail Service Department and/or Retail Service Department Management experience preferred. 
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Experience with Scheduler, Lane Application and Electronic MPI Applications preferred
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Ability to train dealership personnel and service using these applications
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Support /Training of Dealer during applicable business hours in training week
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Strong technical aptitude
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Ability to lead in classroom, small group, and individual training facilitation
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Enjoys problem solving, utilizing multiple resources
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">PC Skills ( Windows, Excel, Word)
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential
  • <span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">Open to occasional Weekend/ Holiday Travel
