What you will be doing?

 

You will be part of the UK Sales Team, responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing all aspects of sales and marketing strategies relative to those customer accounts across the East region, which includes Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. You will be looking after our accounts in the allocated territory and focus your efforts on building and maintain relationships with this key group of customers. You will be responsible for the maximisation of sales and profit through the sales of hardware, software and related CDK Services against an agreed plan and measured against achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. We would expect you to meet those sales targets through professional diligence in meeting the needs of the customers, maintaining complete customer satisfaction and applying the CDK Sales strategy/model to generate increased share of wallet.

  • Proven experience in Sales, preferably in the IT solution or automotive industry
  • Customer focussed - maturity and diplomacy to handle the various levels within our customers who are automotive dealerships
  • Able to demonstrate a professional structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques.
  • Results driven, ambitious, competitive
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, proactive
  • Highly organised within a process orientated environment
  • Highly computer literate and familiarity with CRM/SFA systems
